On November 16, at 4:00 p.m. Moscow time (GMT+3), the Valdai Club hosted an online discussion, titled “Regional and international consequences of the Nagorno-Karabakh crisis.” The event took place on the eve of the release of the new Valdai Club report “Breaking the status quo and the international dimension of the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh.”
Why did Western countries behave so passively during the crisis? Does this mean termination of the work of the OSCE Minsk Group? Does the reached agreement pave the way for a final settlement of the conflict or is it just a respite on the road to a new war? How will Turkey's role change the situation? These and other questions were answered by the authors of the report, which will be published in the near future.
