On March 31, the special session of the Valdai Discussion Club and the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences Middle East Conference, titled “Russia in the Middle East”, was held. The session was addressed by Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and moderated by Andrey Bystritskiy, Chairman of the Board of the Foundation for Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club.
