On May 16-17, Tomsk hosted the Third Central Asian Conference of the Valdai Discussion Club. The conference topic is “Russia and Central Asia: Aligning With a Changing World”.The participants of the open discussion talked about irreversibility of the processes of de-globalisation, of the ways to preserve the international order and the prospects of the 2023.
